You accompany each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families, and the center. ### Main responsibilities ### Guarantee a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being of each child. Design, implement, and evaluate sustainable educational projects that respect individual needs and rhythms of life. Support parents and foster a co-educational relationship based on listening, transparency, and mutual trust. Actively contribute to team dynamics and continuous training, in a spirit of multicultural openness. Contribute to the educational quality of the Babilou Family group by sharing your practices through partnerships with our teams in one of our 10 countries and being part of the global early childhood community. Nurture the natural curiosity of children by encouraging their desire to discover, explore, and understand the world. Promote the link with nature as a means of awakening, well-being, and environmental awareness. Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity. Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
