Operations Manager Region West with experience in security services

With 13 branches in Switzerland, our client has been offering comprehensive 24/7 services in the areas of guarding and property protection, patrol and intervention services, as well as order and traffic services for over 45 years.

For our client, we are looking for a conscientious and committed personality for the West region, effective immediately or by arrangement.

We are addressing a flexible and responsible person who will actively support our team and carry out the diverse administrative and organizational tasks independently and competently. For a large percentage of their activity, you will also undertake uniformed assignments on-site with our clientele. In parallel, you will continuously expand the West region, with work locations in Ittigen and Basel, and constantly acquire new customer orders. As a person with versatile interests, organizational talent, initiative, and sociability are among your great strengths.

Your main tasks:

• operational management of the West region
• productive uniformed work assignments with our clientele
• acquisition of new customer orders
• preparation of offers and security concepts
• customer care
• implementation of sales & marketing measures

Your profile:

• Several years of leadership, sales, and acquisition experience
• Experience in operational security services (industry certification an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing with Swiss German as a native language
• High level of independence, performance, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Service and customer orientation with high personal flexibility for task completion (7*24h)
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Healthy and good physical condition
• Minimum age from 35 years
• Swiss citizen with an impeccable reputation (no ongoing proceedings and no entries in the debt enforcement and central criminal register extracts)
• Driver's license category B and your own car
