Your tasks ###

• Take complete responsibility for the processing of customer orders - from the initial inquiry to successful implementation.
• Create precise calculations and convincing offers.
• Record orders and plan all appointments reliably and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, assembly, and Key Account Management.
• Be the central contact person for our demanding business customers from different industries.
• Advise and support customers by telephone as well as in person in our modern showroom.

• ### Completed commercial training and several years of experience in internal sales service. ###
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and consulting.
• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Initiative, communication strength, and the ability to think proactively and act independently.

• Resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient German language skills as well as good English skills.
