Social Pedagogue 60 - 90%
You accompany adults with complex support needs in everyday life and ensure participation-oriented, agogic, and medical accompaniment.
You take over the participation management and coordinate the interdisciplinary cooperation – always with a view to the bio-psychosocial needs of the residents.
You work closely in a team and contribute to an appreciative, constructive culture.
Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH
Practical trainer or willingness to undergo further training
You see the accompaniment of people with challenging behaviors as an enrichment.
Committed, empathetic, humorous, and communicative
