Daily co-shaping of the digital future of our customers. #weshapethefuture You are jointly responsible for the configuration and operation of cloud workplace environments with Windows 11, Autopilot, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Intune. Analyzing, resolving and documenting user problems. Creating documentation, instructions and checklists and maintaining the knowledge database. Processing and monitoring changes, incidents and problems with external partners. Conducting internal and external training sessions. You have vocational training as an IT specialist and have an advantage with higher education (HF/FH) or are planning one. You have experience as a system engineer and have ideally already acquired knowledge in cloud engineering in the Microsoft environment. You bring experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online and Intune and have already been able to experience diverse complex projects and environments. Experience in Intune and software packaging. Secure handling of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Powershell. Independent working method, customer-oriented thinking and high quality standards. Upright personality with pleasure in customer contact. Stylistically secure German as well as good English skills, French and/or Italian are a great advantage.
