For our client, an established company in the field of flat roof construction and waterproofing technology in the Zurich region, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the flat roof sector, optionally at the level of skilled worker or foreperson, to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this versatile activity, you will be deployed on construction sites in the flat roof sector and will assume different responsibilities depending on your level of experience. As a skilled worker, you actively support the foreperson in the execution and organization of daily business on the construction site. In a foreperson role, you plan and coordinate processes independently and lead a small team. Your core manual tasks include the professional creation of complete roof structures with bituminous waterproofing systems, the assembly of rope safety systems, and the execution of connections and terminations with liquid plastic. In addition, simple tinsmithing work falls within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

You have completed vocational training as a flat roof insulator or bring a basic construction training with solid experience in the flat roof sector. For a foreperson position, we additionally require experience in leading small teams. You communicate confidently in German, are flexible, and value teamwork. Your open and friendly manner makes you a valuable addition to the company. A valid driving license of category B completes your profile.
