Technical Customer Advisor (a)

Your tasks

• Support and technical assistance for service technicians
• Support for trade products
• Planning and implementation of training sessions
• Technical support for dealers and key accounts
• Processing of warranty inquiries
• Representation in the customer service office

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, possibly technical merchant or similar
• Practical experience in customer support
• German native language and very good French skills
• Proficient in handling MS Office applications
• Industry knowledge in the forklift sector is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and teamwork are among your strengths
• Your appearance is well-groomed, you have a confident manner with good manners
