Supporting LANDI stores in planning temporary and permanent sales floors according to concept specifications. This includes the entire product presentation at the POS, including the presentation of seasonal themes and sales programs. Supporting LANDI stores in planning and implementing merchandise management concepts to efficiently and attractively design sales floors according to specifications. Recording and documenting agreements with LANDI sales outlets to ensure a smooth flow of information and regular exchange between all parties involved. Documenting the history of implemented measures and creating meaningful reports, including concrete recommendations for action. Regularly exchanging with regional sales managers to ensure continuous improvement of product presentation.
