To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist 80%-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are co-responsible for professional rehabilitation care, treatment and individual care of patients, including basic and treatment care in a 2-shift system (early and late shift).
• You carry out patient and relative education by delegation.
• As part of the nursing team, you work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
• You take on administration and ward organization tasks.
• You participate in the practical training of nursing specialists and healthcare assistants.

What you bring with you:

• You possess a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis) as a Healthcare Specialist or a comparable diploma.
• Your thinking and acting is patient- and customer-oriented.
• Teamwork is important to you and you bring a motivated and open personality.
• You possess professional and social competence as well as resilience, flexibility and a high degree of commitment.
• You are familiar with basic PC applications.
