Our night shift team is looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement. Specialist in Care or Health/Nursing Professional HF for the night shift 30-40% - Ref.WO203 ## In five different residential units in Schärenmatte, we offer a home to around 50 people with a severe cognitive or multiple impairment. There, they are supported in their daily lives around the clock according to their individual possibilities. In five ateliers, they receive a daily and work structure adapted to their needs. Our residents wish for someone who responds to their own needs and habits. Tasks ### • Accompaniment and support of the residents during the night • Professional responsibility for medical-nursing tasks • Participation in team meetings • Use of the care software RedLine • Completion of household tasks Requirements ### • Training as Specialist in Care EFZ, Specialist in Health EFZ or Nursing Professional HF • Experience in the night shift is an advantage • Experience in working with people with disabilities is an advantage • Application knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs • High flexibility in deployment, independent and patient personality Offer ### • Responsible, interesting and varied activity • Attractive employment conditions with time surcharges and night allowances • Appealing working hours: 21.00 Uhr - 05.45 Uhr / 22.30 Uhr - 07.15 Uhr • Professional support during induction • Working environment characterized by appreciation Interested?
