Our night shift team is looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Specialist in Care or Health / Registered Nurse HF for the night shift 30-40% - Ref.WO203 ##

In five different residential units, we offer around 50 people with a severe cognitive or multiple impairment a home in the Schärenmatte. There, they are supported around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual possibilities. In five ateliers, they receive a daily and work structure adapted to their needs.

Our residents wish for someone who responds to their own needs and habits.

Tasks ###

• Accompanying and supporting the residents during the night
• Professional responsibility for medical-nursing tasks
• Participation in team meetings
• Use of the care software RedLine
• Completion of household tasks

Requirements ###

• Training as Specialist in Care EFZ, Specialist in Health EFZ or Registered Nurse HF
• Experience in the night shift is an advantage
• Experience in working with people with disabilities is an advantage
• Application knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
• High flexibility in deployment, independent and patient personality
