Mandated by a renowned university hospital center, we are looking for an
Educator (ES or HES)
for temporary missions within various specialized mental health units (adult psychiatry, child psychiatry and support for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)).
We are looking for professionals ideally having experience in a psychiatric environment and/or in the support of people with complex needs, capable of integrating quickly into multidisciplinary teams and ensuring educational support adapted to each situation.

Job description
Work in close collaboration with existing teams to ensure adapted supervision for the people concerned
Develop and implement educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development and the fulfillment of individuals
Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the people being supported, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams

Activity rate: Variable depending on your availability
Contract type: Temporary missions (with the possibility of evolution towards indefinite duration contracts depending on needs and structures)
Location: Lausanne region
Profile sought
ES or HES educator diploma or title deemed equivalent with recognition by SEFRI required for foreign titles.
Significant previous experience in the educational support of people presenting an autism spectrum disorder, psychiatric patients or children/adolescents in difficulty.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously.
Ability to demonstrate patience, benevolence, empathy and sense of observation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
