To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist for the Psychiatry Department (50-80%) workload selectable, shifts Monday to Friday in day service Your tasks You are active in direct psychiatric nursing and strengthen and promote our mentally ill customers in their resources and social contacts You support our customers and relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in managing everyday life according to the specifications of the responsible reference person You bear co-responsibility for the nursing process and implement it according to the nursing plan You accompany our customers in psychiatric housekeeping, ensure the target agreements and their implementation You perform needs assessment between somatic and psychiatric services, combined with assignments in somatics in the case of unclarified service needs Your competencies Completion as Healthcare Specialist EFZ You mandatory possess professional experience as a Healthcare Specialist in psychiatry You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys approaching people You bring good communication skills as well as confident handling of mobile nursing documentation (smartphone) You think in networks, work independently and responsibly You work actively in the development of nursing with driver's license Cat.
