To support the development of its cutting-edge equipment, our client (a major player in the Life Sciences sector) is looking for a Lead Electronics Engineer. You will intervene across the entire product life cycle, from initial design (Hardware/Firmware) to transfer to production (Industrialization), in a demanding regulated environment.

Your main missions:

• Architecture & Design: Lead the definition and evolution of electronic specifications. Validate architecture decisions, schematics, and layouts while ensuring compliance with functional, electrical safety, and EMC (EMC) standards.
• Firmware Development: Improve FW specifications and embedded code (C/C++) ensuring the interface between electronics and the main software.
• Verification & Validation (V&V): Derive test requirements from specifications, define the methodology, and execute V&V plans with absolute rigor regarding quality, compliance, and product life cycle processes.
• Industrialization (PCBA): Lead the transfer and industrialization activities of electronic boards. Work in close collaboration with R&D, supply chain, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure optimal manufacturing preparation.
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical execution, anticipate and mitigate project risks, and resolve complex compliance issues by effectively coordinating different stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Education: University degree in Electronic Engineering (or a title deemed equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of successful experience in the development of electronic instrumentation, covering end-to-end HW/FW/System design and V&V skills.
• Regulated environment: Proven experience of the complete development cycle (from requirement definition to market launch) within a strict quality management system (QMS).
• Technical expertise: Very strong mastery of electronic engineering disciplines, including sharp expertise in electrical safety and EMC (EMC) standards. Confirmed experience in managing PCA supplier quality and developing test strategies for ICT/FCT benches.
• Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, proactivity, ability to make decisions and coordinate complex technical projects. Flexibility in the face of change and excellent organization.
• Languages: Fluent English required (oral and written) to communicate within global and intercultural teams. Mastery of a second language is an asset.
