For the offering -partially supervised living- in the WG Düdingen, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, a

Housing Specialist at 60% - 80% ##

Your profile:

• Social pedagogical or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake irregular work shifts
• Teamwork skills, psychological resilience, conflict management skills, recovery knowledge
• Solid PC skills as well as administrative, domestic, and organizational skills
• Possession of a driver's license
• Ability to reflect and willingness for further training (courses, specialist literature, supervision)

Your tasks as a specialist:

• You accompany the residents in a needs-oriented manner on their recovery path and support them in crisis situations.
• You promote the participation of the residents in everyday life.
• You accompany, support, and promote the residents in the planning and implementation of household tasks, leisure activities, and private appointments.
• You maintain contact with involved agencies and perform administrative tasks.
• You identify with the mission statement, implement the values of the institution, and participate in further development.
• You take over the deputy role for the site management during their absences.
