Specialist Change Management and Project Management (Nuclear Power Plant)

You manage technical change management in a nuclear power plant and promote the project management culture of the department.

Tasks

• Management of change management and leading the assessment commission for technical changes
• Tracking the processing status of technical changes and input for portfolio management
• Enforcement and further development of processes for technical changes
• Ensuring uniform project management methods and tools
• Promoting the project management culture in the department
• Planning, implementation and completion of projects according to project objectives

Profile

• Master or Bachelor in a technical discipline
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally according to IPMA standards
• Experience from complex projects, preferably electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Experience from power plant technology or in the nuclear environment as well as in dealing with authorities
• Initial leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good MS Office skills, SAP and MS Project skills are an advantage
• Business fluent German and English
