Job description
Kita Zwirbelzwerg is a nature-pedagogical daycare center that cares for children from the age of three months up to and including school age. We spend a lot of time at our own daycare forest site and enjoy being able to accompany the children individually on their life journey every day. For our Kita Zwirbelzwerg in Riedholz, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as deputy daycare manager immediately or by arrangement. The place of work is Riedholz and Solothurn. Your tasks

Support and substitution of the daycare management in everyday life
Co-responsibility for pedagogical and organizational quality
Accompanying and promoting the children
Collaboration and support of the team
Participation in parental work and internal projects
Participation in the foundation
What you bring with you

Completed training as FaBe Kind EFZ
Professional experience in a daycare center
Ideally experience in a management or deputy function
Sense of responsibility, organizational talent and initiative
Enjoyment of teamwork and the further development of everyday daycare life
