Our modern gas station with shop complements our comprehensive range of services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Workshop Manager Passenger Cars (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the workshop for passenger cars (4 apprentices, 7 employees)
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Ensuring quality and timely execution of work
• Advice and support of our customers with technical concerns
• Supporting the team with complex repairs and diagnostics
• Responsibility for compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Your profile

• Completed training as an Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training as a Workshop Manager, Automobile Diagnostician, or Workshop Coordinator
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading a team
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good IT knowledge (e.g., workshop software, MS Office)
