Your tasks ### Disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees of an assembly team Regular information & communication in the team ensured Employee scheduling and responsibility for personnel requirements Ensuring parts supply for assembly Ensuring assembly process and monitoring of assembly in terms of quality, deadline and time specification Proactive key figures regarding efficiency, quality, WIP as well as updating the current situation on the Shopfloor Management Board Your profile ### End assembly manager (a) sought Professional training as a polymechanician, designer, automation engineer Further education in HF or FH in work preparation, processes, project management or technology Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in machine and plant construction At least 5 years of experience in management Knowledge ### Lean and change management tools Skills in the areas of communication, conflict management and interpersonal relationships Languages ### German
