Diagnostic radiology at Spital Muri is a modernly equipped center that works with the latest X-ray technology. Every day, the highest quality is ensured for the well-being of our patients. You will take over the team leadership in the secretariat of radiology, which consists of six employees.

Your tasks ###

• Supporting employees in technical and organizational aspects
• Creating the duty roster for the secretariat (PEP)
• Conducting annual appraisals
• Regular interdisciplinary exchange
• Optimization of processes
• Ensuring patient reception
• Answering telephone inquiries from patients and referrers
• Appointment coordination, patient admission, and processing of examination formalities in the RIS-Medavis system
• Carrying out various administrative tasks (mail processing, e-mail, patient registrations, processing results, HNET inquiries/image transmission, etc.)
• Training new employees

Your profile ###

• Basic medical training, further training as a medical secretary, or proven commercial professional experience with knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient PC skills
• Resilient, team-oriented, flexible, and cheerful personality with high social competence
• Independent and precise way of working as well as strong organizational skills

Vacation ###

You benefit from vacation between 25 and 30 working days (depending on age) as well as 13 paid public holidays. Additionally, you have the possibility to buy 5 vacation days.

Working hours ###

The standard operational working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working hours apply, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests will be implemented if possible, and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
