We are looking for our waste disposal company in La Chaux-de-Fonds for a: Production Manager 100% (m/f/d) ### Your missions: * Management of the production department, including personnel management * Logistic organization of the entry and exit of goods. * Management of orders for raw materials and spare parts for production. * Guarantee of the proper functioning of operations and supervision of quality. * Management of operational and maintenance work on the installations. * Optimization of production processes and methods. * Implementation and control of the application of the MSST ordinance. * Development and communication of measures aimed at improving site safety. * Preparation and presentation of projects (modifications or new installations). * Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal production standards. ### You possess: * Training in chemistry or significant experience in the field of special waste treatment. * Deep knowledge of environmental and safety standards. * Experience in team management and project management. * Structured and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of responsibility. * Flexibility, commitment and availability to ensure an on-call service in a dynamic environment.
