Social Worker / Childhood Educator or Childcare Specialist 80% ##

Focus: Work with children and their psychosocially burdened parents

Tasks:

You will actively help shape everyday life in our children's groups Fidibus and Simsalabim for children aged 0 to 4, care for the children within the primary caregiver system and work closely with the parents and their primary caregivers in therapy. You will care for the children entrusted to us during the day while the parents participate in the daily structure and, if necessary, also provide respite nights to optimally cover the needs of the children. Additionally, you will conduct targeted family support in the residential groups and accompany parents as they grow into the parental role. In doing so, you will pay attention to our systemic and trauma-pedagogical focuses and value a stabilizing, development- and resource-oriented as well as supportive fundamental attitude.

You bring with you:

• Training as a Social Worker, Childhood Educator or Childcare Specialist as well as several years of professional experience
• Interest in systemic work in a milieu-therapeutic context
• Networked thinking and acting as well as strong communicative skills
• Good written and oral expression
• Proactive, independent and resilient personality
• Readiness for irregular working hours including night, evening and weekend shifts
• Driver's license category B
