At Sonnegg, you keep much more than buildings and systems in operation: You create the prerequisites so that around 64 residents can live well and around 80 employees can do their work well.

What makes your work special

Your field of activity ranges from building technology to ICT, from the resident's room to strategic planning. Sometimes you roll up your sleeves yourself, sometimes you lead your team member or develop a solution for tomorrow with the management and the external IT consultant. You see what is needed and get it up and running.

Your tasks

• Keep buildings, building technology, and the surroundings in good shape: You plan inspections, revisions, and repairs proactively and document them carefully
• Responsibility for the personnel, organizational, and technical leadership of one employee
• You ensure the technical equipment and provision of the resident rooms and support technical concerns in daily living
• Safety is in your hands: from fire alarm systems and locking systems to wander protection and medical devices, up to training and occupational safety
• Together with external specialists, you manage the first-level support of the ICT
• Secure access, data protection, and emergency prevention are just as much part of your area as smaller IT projects and investments
• You keep an eye on the annual cycle, quarter, and emergency deployments, budget, and costs.
• Coordination and support of projects in close cooperation with service providers

What you bring with you

• A manual vocational training and further education in building maintenance, ideally as a caretaker with a federal certificate of proficiency or with a comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in a similar function and a comparable operation.
• Training as a safety officer and a strong awareness of protection and safety
• Profound knowledge of building technology, interest in ICT, and enjoyment of working with external specialists
• An independent, structured way of working, clear and appreciative leadership, as well as a cool head when many things are happening at once

Further education in Facility Management is a plus. What counts in everyday life: your practical eye, your reliability, and your enjoyment of contact with residents and employees.
