Spitex THARAD stands for professional, heartfelt and forward-looking care at home. We are in an exciting phase of further development and are looking for a motivated and assertive leadership personality who will lead our nursing team with technical expertise, empathy and fresh ideas.

Your tasks - diverse and responsible:

• Leadership & Coaching: you lead a nursing team technically and personally and promote an appreciative, open working climate.
• Process design: you accompany our team in the implementation of forward-looking structures. This includes, among other things, our new planning organization, in which deployment planning and active care work are innovatively and closely linked.
• Quality & Assessments: you ensure a constantly high level of care quality, conduct needs assessments and actively support the team in the implementation of RAI-HC assessments.
• Networking: you are a central contact person for clients, relatives, medical and therapeutic specialists.

Your profile - competent and solution-oriented:

• Completed training as a diploma nurse (HF/FH) and ideally a completed or planned leadership training.
• Solid professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector, as well as security in dealing with RAI-HC.
• Proven organizational talent and the ability to motivate the team even in the face of changes and structural changes.
• High social and communication skills as well as independent working methods.
