Your Task ##

• 1st and 2nd level support for internal employees and external partners
• Support with hardware and software problems
• Support for Windows and macOS workstations
• Administration of Microsoft 365 environments
• Support in the areas of Intune, Active Directory and Endpoint Management
• Processing and documentation of tickets
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients and peripheral devices
• Collaboration on Workplace and IT projects
• Cooperation with external IT partners
• Maintenance of technical documentation

Additionally, you will gain insight into:

• Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Cloud and web solutions
• Interfaces and integrations
• technical documentation and system support

Your Profile ##

• Education or further training in the IT environment
• Initial experience in IT support or Workplace environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and ideally Intune or Entra ID
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Willingness to learn and interest in modern technologies
• Very good German skills
