Real Estate Manager

Your field of activity

As a Real Estate Manager, you take responsibility for an attractive portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Canton of Zürich. Together with our Property Management Assistant, you ensure professional care of the properties as well as high customer satisfaction.

You coordinate the administrative and technical management tasks, lead the caretakers, assign orders to craftsmen and service providers, and accompany maintenance and renovation projects from planning to successful implementation.

Regular exchange with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders is as much a part of your daily routine as ensuring economical and sustainable management. In doing so, you work independently, take responsibility for your dossiers, and actively contribute to the success of our company.

What you bring with you

• Basic commercial training
• Further training in the real estate industry (federal diploma of higher education or higher)
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Sound MS Office skills; experience with Abacus (AbaImmo) is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• High service orientation, quality awareness, and personal responsibility

You appear confident and professional and know how to coordinate owners, tenants, caretakers, and craftsmen in a goal-oriented manner. Independent working gives you pleasure, you think entrepreneurially, and you maintain an overview even in demanding situations. A strong customer orientation as well as a solution-oriented approach to challenges round off your profile.
