Head of Sales Back Office 100%

Job number: 8531 Work location: Goldach Workload: 100% Activities: As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality for our customer to lead the sales back office organizationally and professionally and, together with a small team, to ensure smooth, efficient, and structured processes.   The following tasks are part of your exciting field of activity: • Ensuring timely order entry and order processing in an international context • Responsibility for the spare parts business including coordination and follow-up • Customer contract management • Management of the secretariat and ensuring professional administrative processes • Close cooperation with production planning, production, technology, and warehouse • Support in preparing quotations and customer correspondence • Maintenance and further development of administrative processes • Ensuring correct master data and documentation • Organizational and professional management of a team of 3 - 4 employees • Clear structuring of processes, roles, and standards in the sales back office and in the secretariat • Resource and deployment planning Requirements: You should bring the following profile: • several years of experience in sales back office - ideally in a technical environment, vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, or plant engineering • leadership experience in small teams • high accuracy, care, and reliability in the processing of order-related products • very good ERP knowledge, ideally Microsoft Navision / Business Central • very good German and English skills • strong structural skills, organizational competence, and assertiveness • solution-oriented, responsible way of working • team-oriented with clear communication We offer: • Key position in a highly specialized industrial company • Scope for design to further develop processes • international, demanding environment • clear leadership responsibility with operational proximity • modern infrastructure and long-term perspective  apply via WhatsApp
