To strengthen our HLKS Calculation department at the location in Chur, we are looking for a clerk immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us.

• Independent creation and processing of offers as well as calculation documents for HLKS projects
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing supplier offers as a basis for competitive bids
• Creating, preparing, and sending tender, offer, and bid documents
• Administrative processing of projects after award, including maintenance of project data in SAP and Salesforce
• Close cooperation with project managers, team leaders, and specialist departments as well as active participation in efficient offer and calculation processing

What defines you.

• You have a commercial vocational training with a strong technical flair or an HLKS-technical background with administrative or commercial experience
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in the offer and calculation sector or in a comparable function
• You work precisely, organized, and with a high level of quality awareness
• Using digital tools and MS Office is easy for you
• You appreciate working in a team and convince through your reliable and service-oriented manner
