These tasks will inspire you

As the Store Manager of LANDI, you take overall responsibility for our point of sale and actively shape its success.
You lead, promote, and motivate your team and ensure a positive working atmosphere by living cooperation and customer orientation daily.
With your commitment, you ensure that our customers always feel welcome. You ensure attractive product presentation, optimal product availability as well as competent advice, and successfully implement sales promotion measures.
Organizational and administrative tasks are also your responsibility. You plan staff deployment, keep an eye on key figures, and ensure compliance with processes and legal requirements. Through your structured way of working, you recognize optimization potential and independently initiate the necessary measures.

What profile we look forward to

You have completed vocational training with further education in retail and already bring leadership experience. Dealing with customers gives you pleasure and you convince through your open and pleasant manners. Thanks to your independent, reliable, and structured way of working, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations. In addition, you are characterized by resilience, flexibility, and commitment. Very good German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
