Area Sales Manager \- Building Mittelland / Zentralschweiz \- 100% (m/f) For our location in Domdidier with over 450 employees, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager \- Building Mittelland / Zentralschweiz\- 100% (m/f) You will look after the existing customer base and win new customers and markets in your sales area (BE/SO/LU/OW/NW). You are responsible for the short-, medium-, and long-term distribution turnover targets in your sales area, involving the Product Managers and Sales Engineers. What does the job look like? Planning of budgets, distribution and turnover targets Customer and area responsibility for the entire product range Regular customer visits and customer care Maintenance of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers and markets in his/her sales area Building and promoting strong, long-term customer relationships by working with them and understanding their needs Permanent budget and sales statistics control Support of the corresponding Product Managers in implementing goals through market observations Participation in international events and meetings What do we expect from you? Basic electrotechnical training with good knowledge of building technology and automation Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager Analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a desire for continuous improvement Fluent in German, spoken and written, English is an advantage Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements What do we offer you?
