For our Modernization department in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a committed Project Manager (w/m/d). In this function, you will work on projects in the Zurich region in the field of renovation.

What you will move ###

• Achieving the economic project goals of renovation projects in the Zurich region while complying with the specified quality, deadlines and costs, from tender to commissioning
• Independent, operational execution taking into account safety, scheduling, qualitative and quantitative specifications
• Cooperation with local subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
• Performing the role as a contact person for clients, business partners and tenants
• Demanding and promoting the site managers in your team
• Maintaining an open and respectful communication culture as well as clean documentation
• Reporting tasks to the team leader

Why you will succeed ###

• Completed training as a Project Manager, Technician TS, Architect or Civil Engineer
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a project manager of renovation projects
• Independent management of construction sites with high complexity
• Functional leadership of up to five site managers
• Entrepreneurial and purposeful mindset
• Assertiveness and high social competence
