CNC Grinder (M/F) Profile sought: CFC in Polymécanicien, Mécanicien de production, Micromécanicien or training or additional training in CNC or grinding constitutes an advantage. Confirmed experience of several years in CNC grinding. Mastery of the setup and fine-tuning of CNC grinders. Mastery of reading plans and ISO dimensioning. Mastery of conventional and precision measuring instruments. Ability to analyze a part, identify a drift and perform the necessary corrections. Knowledge in programming or in the modification of CNC programs is highly appreciated. Main tasks: Prepare, set up and put CNC grinders into production. Perform grinding operations. Perform the necessary settings and corrections during production. Read and interpret technical plans, operating ranges and manufacturing documents. Define and adjust grinding parameters: speeds, feeds, depths of cut, cutting conditions, etc. Perform the mounting and setting of tools, grinding wheels and positioning devices. Ensure the production of single parts, small series or series according to needs. Perform dimensional and geometric controls using suitable measuring means. Identify drifts and perform the necessary corrections in order to guarantee the stability of the process. Ensure first-level maintenance of the equipment.
