You support customers with repair and service requests and act professionally and solution-oriented in doing so. YOUR SKILLS: You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry - or you are a motivated career changer with a flair for sales. You bring the necessary flexibility to work in shift operation in a shop that is open seven days a week - this includes regular evening and weekend shifts. You have very good German skills, every additional language is a plus.
