You will take on end-to-end responsibility - with a clear focus on business analysis, implementation up to introduction into operations. Your tasks: Understanding business processes end-to-end, gathering requirements and developing a sound understanding of the needs of internal customers along the entire value chain; Role as a central interface between specialist departments and IT, translating requirements into clear, implementable and technically viable solutions, advising stakeholders with sound decision-making bases; Development of solution variants, assessment of risks, effort estimation and resource planning, moderation of workshops, interviews and reviews to bring different perspectives together into viable results; Responsibility for business projects with an IT focus from the idea to successful implementation and anchoring in the organization; Responsibility for planning, management, budget as well as risk and project controlling, close support of implementation, ensuring the correct interpretation of requirements as well as guaranteeing the quality of the solutions; Role as a sparring partner with senior experience and supporting in the continuous development of methods and standards. Your profile: Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification; Several years of experience in a senior role as a Business Analyst and IT Project Manager in complex organizations; Strong end-to-end process understanding as well as the ability to grasp, structure and communicate functional and technical contexts holistically and comprehensibly; High IT affinity and sound experience in digitalization and transformation projects; Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with different stakeholders as well as in managing internal and external partners; Very structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working combined with analytical thinking, technical understanding and high result orientation; Proficient German skills as well as good English skills for cooperation with external partners and the understanding of technical documentation
