Permanent position in a modern beauty institute in the Lake Zurich area

For our client, a modern and established beauty institute in the Lake Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and motivated Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (MPA) for a long-term permanent position starting in November 2026 or by arrangement.

The position offers a varied combination of general internal medicine and aesthetic medicine in a professional and modern environment.

Your tasks

• Care and reception of patients
• Support in the field of general internal medicine
• Collaboration in the field of aesthetic medicine
• Support with aesthetic treatments, especially in the area of Botox
• Organization and coordination of daily practice operations
• General administrative activities
• Once a week support with simple administrative tasks, such as uploading invoices. No previous knowledge is required for this.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility and learn new things

Your profile

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Professional experience as an MPA is an advantage
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and beauty
• Enjoyment in dealing with patients
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Very good German language skills
• Independent, reliable, and organized way of working
• Willingness to learn and openness to new activities
• Age ideally between 25 and 35 years
