What you bring:

• Completed 3- or 4-year vocational apprenticeship with Federal Certificate of Proficiency, additional qualification as Specialist for Corrections with Federal Diploma of Higher Education preferred, or the willingness to complete this course
• Resilience, composure, teamwork skills as well as a reliable, independent way of working, oral foreign language skills are an advantage
• High social competence and emotional stability as well as understanding and tolerance in dealing with people of different origins
• Willingness to perform irregular shifts (incl. 3-6 overnight stays and 2 weekends per month)
• Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable reputation (current criminal and debt enforcement register extract), driver's license Cat. B

Your working environment

In the Lenzburg correctional facility (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/jva-lenzburg), individuals who have been sentenced to a prison sentence or a custodial measure are cared for. The facility includes 380 execution places for closed execution, pre-trial detention and short sentences.
