Our Industry division consists of several business entities that manufacture, for very varied and demanding end markets, high-precision flat and round wires, profiles, strips, and sheets in a wide range of alloys. We are looking for a: Industrialization & Methods Engineer Your tasks: ### • Development and industrialization: • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales teams. • Develop and industrialize new products. • Define processes and manufacturing sequences. • Perform or support trials on production equipment. • Analyze results and propose necessary adaptations. • Compile industrialization files. • Methods & AVOR: • Elaborate, maintain and improve manufacturing sequences. • Standardize processes to capitalize on best practices. • Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data in the ERP. • Participate in the management of process changes and the product life cycle. • Cost analysis: • Establish the cost prices of new products. • Analyze manufacturing costs and identify potential for improvement. • Support sales teams in the preparation of offers. • Production support: • Accompany the first series productions. • Participate in technical problem solving. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Your profile: • HES Engineer or ES Technician in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, materials science, or training deemed equivalent. • Strong interest in industrial processes and metallurgy. • Initial experience in an industrial environment is an asset. • Taste for field work as much as for technical analysis. • French or German native speaker with good knowledge of the other language.
