Kunz Landtechnik, part of Serco Retail AG, is a regional sales and service center for the global brand CLAAS as well as other premium brands of agricultural and special machinery. Kunz Landtechnik offers a unique and complete product range for professional agriculture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Workshop Manager as soon as possible or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Deputy management of the workshop in the absence of the workshop manager
• Coordination of special repairs
• Creation of customer offers including repair planning for agricultural machinery
• Planning of overhauls
• Recording of work reports and coordination of the workshop
• If interested, training supervision of apprentices

We look forward to this profile

• Agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ with recognized professional continuing education (diagnostician, professional examination) or equivalent technical training with business administration continuing education
• Initial experience in the field of workshop management
• Good knowledge of the agricultural industry
• Mental flexibility and openness to new ways
• Exact and structured way of working
• Proficient use of digital applications and MS Office
• Communicative, open and customer-oriented attitude
• You are an organizational talent and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
