In the seed sector, we are the competent contact partner for farmers, vegetable producers, LANDI, and many more with the brand UFA-Samen.

Field Sales Representative Seed (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• You are out on the road every day and competently advise farmers, contractors, and LANDI regarding everything related to seed.
• Your sales area covers over 60'000 hectares of agricultural land. Your office is where your customers are.
• Thanks to your proximity to practice, you literally "hear the grass grow" and bring your expertise specifically into the consultation.
• You support farmers in choosing the optimal seed for location, use, and yield goals.
• Together with the LANDI teams, you plan sales activities and customer events.
• You manage your sales area independently and can make a big impact.

Your profile

• You are enthusiastic about agriculture and plant cultivation.
• You have a basic agricultural education (EFZ) and ideally further training or initial professional experience in the agricultural sector.
• You enjoy interacting with people and appear open, uncomplicated, and convincing.
• You speak the language of our farmers and understand their challenges.
• You work independently, are well-organized, and like to take on responsibility.
• Digital tools are a matter of course for your everyday work.
• You enjoy passing on your knowledge, learning new things, and want to develop further.
