• offer benefit recipients 24h / 365 days availability in emergencies (on-call service).
• are contract partners of the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (Zürich) in the areas of Accompanied Individual Living, SPF and DAF (services in family care)

We are looking, from mid-August or by arrangement, for our interesting, versatile and responsible work at our centrally located, beautiful workplace in the city of Zürich

Pedagogical Management & Client Work (80%) ##

You are directly subordinate to the management.

You are responsible for the professional leadership of a team of 6 to 8 employees ###

in particular

• the quality assurance of professional work
• the professional assessment of team members
• quality development under existing concepts and according to new scientific findings

You are ###

• role-conscious, empathetic, communicative, independent, humorous, team-oriented and resilient.

You mandatory possess ###

• leadership experience in the field of activity
• certificate of competence for personnel and operational management (e.g. CAS Teamleitung)
• Swiss degree FH / HF in social pedagogy / social work (or existing equivalence recognition)
• at least 2 years of professional experience in social pedagogical work with children / adolescents (e.g. home / SPF/ DAF or youth residential accompaniment)
• impeccable criminal record (VOSTRA check)
• a prejudice-free attitude
• a systemic, resource- and goal-oriented basic attitude and way of working
• driver's license for passenger cars and readiness for passenger transport (no own vehicle necessary!)
• high analytical skills
• impeccable German expression, orally and in writing
