Your tasks

• Maintaining permanent contact with clients and acting as an interlocutor for technical questions.
• Execution of maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (e.g. gardening and cleaning work)
• Carrying out the maintenance and repairs of installations and equipment as well as their documentation
• Placement and follow-up of orders with internal and external service providers and suppliers while respecting costs, deadlines and quality standards
• Execution of maintenance work and small repairs, if technically possible
• Availability for on-call interventions (first intervention) and winter service work
• Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles, machines and devices as well as cleaning materials used

Your profile

• Completed vocational manual training with experience in concierge services or CFC diploma as a specialist in facility management and/or concierge* with federal certificate of capacity.
• Ability to assert oneself and good communication skills
• Willingness to work according to flexible schedules
• Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of MS-Office use
• Category B driving license
