You are co-responsible for...
You are the first impression for our guests
You advise, welcome, and accompany our guests before and during their stay, and you do this with joy & passion
You process and confirm inquiries and reservations
You post all revenues with daily closing and collection
You check our guests in and out professionally
You perform various administrative tasks
After an induction period, you will independently work early and late shifts
You look forward to working in our team at the reception and learning new things
Adhering to quality standards is part of it for you

What you bring with you:
Completed training in hotel reception
Practical experience in reception
Host personality with heart and passion
Very good German and English skills are a requirement, other languages are an advantage
Enjoyment in dealing with people
Reliable way of working with quality awareness
Knowledge of the hotel system Mews is an advantage, but not a must
You enjoy working in a team, are creative, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
