What you can achieve

• Construction management: Monitoring construction execution according to plans, contracts, quality, and safety specifications
• Schedule & cost control: Construction schedule, budget, invoice verification, and construction accounting
• Specification & tendering: Creation of bills of quantities according to NPK as well as requesting, comparing, and negotiating offers
• Coordination: Alignment and leadership of tradespeople, contractors, planners, and authorities
• Acceptance & warranty management: Defect management, monitoring rectification, and support after key handover

What you bring with you

• Education: Vocational training in construction, ideally Mason EFZ, Drafter EFZ specializing in architecture, or comparable; further training as Dipl. Bauleiter Hochbau HFP or nearing completion
• Experience: Several years of practice in local construction management and site organization of Swiss structural engineering projects
• Technical knowledge: Profound knowledge of Swiss construction law, SIA standards (especially SIA 118), and NPK
• Software & leadership: Confident handling of Messerli/Delta Project and MS Project as well as assertiveness in the leadership of contractors
• Personality: Business-fluent German, structured and independent way of working, high quality/cost awareness as well as willingness for occasional on-call duty
