• you will take over the independent project development and project planning of demanding construction projects in the field of building renovation
• in doing so, you accompany the projects from the first idea to successful realization and create design, concept, and execution planning

• you work closely with the construction manager as well as other internal and external project participants

requirements

• you have a completed degree in architecture or a comparable technical training
• alternatively, a structural draftsman / architectural draftsman or mason / carpenter with further training as a construction manager, project manager, or building technician HF hochbau is also conceivable
• additionally, you bring several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of construction projects
• good knowledge of the Swiss building standards is required
