Business Analyst Trainee (m/w/d) Have you completed your studies and now want to truly enter professional life? In our 12-month trainee program, you will get to know the Thommen Group, our various business units and locations, and will work closely with the Business Analyst CEO Office from the very beginning. In doing so, you will take on your own tasks and projects step by step and develop professionally and personally. Support and close cooperation with the Business Analyst CEO Office Analysis and structured preparation of quantitative and qualitative data Identification of inefficiencies and optimization potential in existing processes Creation of analyses, concepts, calculations and reportings Development of sound decision-making bases for different company areas Participation in process optimizations and cross-departmental projects Step-by-step takeover of own task packages and projects Getting to know various company areas and locations of the Thommen Group What you bring with you...
