Employee Business Support / Front Desk (w/m/d) What awaits you? * You are the first point of contact for our customers at the reception. * You provide information on basic products such as cards and support our customers in using the digital Raiffeisen offers. * You manage our ATMs and ensure smooth operation. * You receive customer requests, prioritize them and forward them to the responsible departments. * You process customer orders and support our advisors with administrative activities, for example with card, account and securities orders.
