Junior network technician / engineer Mission In a context of digitalization and cybersecurity that is evolving very rapidly, the Domaine des Systèmes d'Information of EPFL (DSI) is responsible for implementing EPFL's digital strategy in order to remain at the cutting edge in this field. These missions include the implementation of EPFL's IT strategy, the digitalization of business processes, IT security, the management of central IT infrastructures and business applications. Main tasks and responsibilities Management of EPFL's telecommunications infrastructures in a team of 5 people Diagnosing, preventing, and repairing breakdowns and malfunctions Processing of incidents and requests in ServiceNow Management of cabling, active equipment, and information systems security Implementing and operating monitoring solutions Participation in projects for the evolution of communication infrastructures Operational support in datacenters for infrastructures and the network Note: The collaborator will be subject to on-call service and will be required to work occasionally in the evening and/or on weekends.
