Project and Construction Manager

Main tasks:

• Responsible for the entire planning, steering and coordination of the project process from the placement of the order, through to execution, up to controlling and the final settlement
• Ensuring communication and information flow to architects, construction managers, clients, supervisors and administration as well as to all employees and other parties involved in construction
• Responsibility for the entire work preparation as well as planning of material and personnel resources (own employees, UAKs, temporary staff) for the assigned projects
• Creation of schedules, monitoring of deadlines, initiation of measures in case of deviations
• Cost control and cost monitoring using construction administration software
• Monitoring of quality specifications according to QM and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations
• Monitoring of the entire planning on site
• Creation of measurements and settlements
• Carrying out of acceptances
• Planning, ordering, management and supervision of works

Your profile:

• Solid technical construction training, basic training as a plasterer, with further training as a foreman / group leader, possibly with further training as a project manager
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Teamwork skills and leadership qualities
• Solid knowledge of construction project management
• Above-average cost, schedule and quality awareness
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Confident communication in German, both written and spoken
• Correct, winning and situationally appropriate appearance
• High resilience
• Proficient in common IT and construction administration software
• Empathy, patience and excellent planning
