Exciting tasks

• Ensure telephone reception and contact with customers;
• Stay informed about the evolution of prices and the market for fuels and combustibles;
• Manage orders and invoicing for fuels and combustibles;
• Plan and monitor delivery rounds for fuels and combustibles;
• Ensure and plan the supply of service stations;
• Perform reporting, controls as well as various administrative tasks;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and current standards;
• Provide cover for the manager during their absences, guaranteeing continuity of activities, coordination of operations and monitoring of priorities.

The profile sought

• Commercial training or training deemed equivalent;
• Very good computer literacy and ease of working with different tools and software;
• You particularly enjoy contact with customers and know how to demonstrate listening skills and reactivity;
• You have a pronounced interest in sales and commerce;
• You are organized, autonomous, precise and enjoy versatile work;
• Good knowledge of German;
• Knowledge in the transport and distribution sector is an advantage.
