fiduciary clerk, part-time 40-60% (w/m/d)

tasks

• you carry out the client accounting according to the instructions of the mandate managers
• in doing so, you independently process financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as payroll accounting including the preparation of annual accounts
• you also support the clients regarding personnel administration
• additionally, you prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons and create the value-added tax statements
• your support of the mandate managers during incorporations, restructurings or liquidations is very valuable
• instructions for the abacus applications are passed on to clients if required
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 40 and 60%

requirements

• you bring solid practical experience in the fiduciary business
• your office skills are very good and it is an advantage if you are also familiar with the abacus business software
• are you also a customer-oriented, professionally competent and number-oriented fiduciary specialist who likes to work in a collegial working environment?
