Schule Aefligen is located quietly and close to nature between Solothurn and Bern, directly on the Emme. Whether by car via the motorway connection Kirchberg/Alchenflüh only three minutes away or by train via the Burgdorf-Solothurn line, Schule Aefligen is excellently accessible! From summer 2026, we will teach two kindergarten classes, one 1./2. grade, one 3./4. grade, as well as one 5./6. grade at our small, family-like school. Tasks ###

We are looking again for our 1./2. grade! The position will be shared with another teacher, which is why it is temporary until July 2027. After that, the position could be taken over with a total workload of approx. 23 lessons plus class teacher function. As the class teacher of the 1./2. grade, you accompany and support 24 students. - You teach Mathematics and German on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning. - You independently take responsibility for the planning and implementation of the lessons - You contribute to the cooperation in the small, collegial team - You engage in parental work

Requirements ###

You must bring: - A completed teaching diploma for the primary level - Experience in teaching in the 1./2. grade - Experience as a class teacher - Joy, cheerfulness and an uncomplicated manner - Team spirit and commitment to a small, lively school - we have no parallel classes - Desire to contribute your ideas and actively help shape our school
